On 11/19/12 you wrote about a North Carolina case in which the Court dismissed the EEOC’s claims based on sexual stereotyping in a same sex harassment case. I am defending a case in the 5th Circuit filed by the EEOC based on the same theory. Would you mind providing me with the cite for the NC case. Thanks, Walter Christy .

    • Thanks for your question. Turns out the case was actually from the Northern District of Alabama

The citation is EEOC v. McPherson Cos., ND Ala, No. 2:10-cv-02627-WMA

  2. Is that EEOC v. Boh Bros. Construction Co. that you are involved in?
